Thank you for visiting Our CupCakery. We know you have many wedding decisions to make and we would love to take care of one of those by providing the cake, cupcake, cookie, or dessert of your dreams. As a custom order bakery, we know that you want your wedding to be unique and beautiful, and that’s exactly what we can do for you!

The Next Step: Schedule an initial free tasting and consultation for the two of you. We have weekday, weekend, and evening times available. Please call or email our wedding consultant, Laura, with suggested dates and times that best fit your schedule. At your initial free consultation we’ll have any of our 8 daily cake flavors and our vanilla and chocolate butter cream icings for you to taste. Additional flavors can be ordered for $10.00 per small cake flavor.

Custom Designs: We’re here to assist you in designing the cake for your special day. Please bring any pictures or drawings of a cake you would like created, or cakes that inspire you. Cake, filling and icing flavors are for you to choose. The flavor listings attached are suggestions, not a fixed menu. We offer unique wedding cake, cupcakes, and favor solutions for brides and who are looking for something different. We’re flexible and can suggest cakes to fit most budgets.

Servings: Traditional symbolic wedding cake serving sizes are 1”x 2” x 4”. During your initial free consultation we’ll discuss shapes and sizes to meet your guest list needs.

First Anniversary: When ordering a tiered cake, the top tier is free. It’s our gift to you to enjoy on your first anniversary. This is not counted toward the number of servings you will need for your guests. If you’d like to eat the cake at your wedding, you can purchase it and call us next year for your free first anniversary wedding cake, fresh out of the oven rather than the freezer!

Flowers and Greenery: Decorating with flowers is a popular trend. Your florist will need to make sure the flowers and foliage are safe to place on an edible cake. Your florist or I can arrange the flowers on your cake. We recommend Lora Snell with Elegant Touch Events Inc. She has a full service event florist and design company. 614-598-3326

Favors: Many wedding planners will recommend edible favors over any other and they are a favorite of guests. Would you like a cookie in the shape of your wedding cake or maybe one with your picture or monogram on it? Or would you like a decorative box filled with buckeyes or cake balls? Our favors are displayed in an attractive bag or box with a ribbon of your choice.

Groom’s Cake: Many couples like to have a special cake at the wedding to reflect the groom’s interests and do something special for him, as so often the spotlight is on the bride. These cakes are often 3 dimensional. We’ve done race cars, computers, trucks and more. As an all occasion full service cake company we can make that for you too. Wondering what are you going to do with more cake? It is becoming a popular trend to serve the groom’s cake at the rehearsal dinner where the environment tends to be more fun and relaxed.

Cake Knife and Table: You will want to have a cake knife, napkins, forks, and plates at the cake table. Your table should be covered and skirted. We like to have access to set up 2 hours before your guests plan to begin arriving at your reception. If you select cupcakes or cupcake cakes you don’t have to pay the cutting fee and serving fee. Cutting fees can cost between $1-3 per serving. Choosing cupcakes or cupcake cakes usually eliminates this extra expense.

Delivery and Setup: If your reception location is within a 10 mile radius of our Dublin, OH business location, the delivery and setup charge is $20. Delivery charge outside of this area is $1.00 per mile (each way). Delivery is required for cakes with 3 or more tiers. For those weddings with cupcake tiers, we also offer setup of the display for $25 per every 100 cupcakes or $0.25 per cupcake.

Equipment Rentals: We offer many different options for cake, cupcake, and dessert displays. Some you can pick up and set up yourself, others require set up by our staff. Any rental requires an equipment replacement fee deposit. This fee is usually guaranteed with a Visa, Discover, American Express, or Master Card and is only charged if equipment is not returned in the agreed upon time frame or in the same condition it was delivered.

After the Wedding: When the cake is delivered, we will leave a letter with directions for freezing your anniversary cake if applicable and a list of equipment to be returned. We find it best for brides and grooms to choose someone responsible for the breakdown and return of rented items before the wedding day as the bride and groom are typically distracted with guests and other activities at the wedding. Equipment is normally returned within 4 days of your event. If you would like us to pick up the equipment from your reception location we are happy to for $30, plus mileage.

Key Dates to Remember:

• Schedule a cake tasting: 6-8 months before your wedding
• Reserve the date: Reserve your date with a $75 non-refundable/transferable deposit.
• First payment: Once your cake design is confirmed, payment of 50% of the remaining cost of your cake is made.
• One (1) Month Prior to Wedding: Your final payment is made no less than 2 weeks before the wedding with your final count. Any order with a rental will also need a credit card number to guarantee the equipment replacement fee.

Cupcake Cakes - $2.95 per serving A cupcake cake is made of cupcakes connected on the top (like an over filled ice cube tray) and frosted as one cake. No cutting fee required. Cupcake cakes can also double as a table center piece.

Wedding Cupcakes – Cupcakes are very popular for weddings due to their versatility and their fun, whimsical nature. Cupcake trees and tiers are available in various sizes and styles. Cupcakes start at $2.50 each; 5% discount for orders of 200+ cupcakes with a stand rental.

Our CupCake Bar- Are you looking for a one of a kind reception experience for your guests? Ask us about our very unique CupCake Bar where your guests can choose and create their own dessert!

Favors- Names, dates or even a picture can be put on a festive and delicious gift for your guests. Our hand made cookies are presented in personal bags tied with an attractive ribbon and begin at $3.75 each. Buckeyes start at $0.50 and cake balls at $1.75 each, packaging priced separately for each custom favor. Other desserts are also available.
