Baking, Decorating and Sweets Science Camp
How are marshmallows made? Bubbles out of gelatin? Fondant animals?
Find out how to make these and more during our 9th annual summer baking camp. Come for the morning, afternoon, full day, or (New this year), one evening sessions. All campers get an Our CupCakery T-shirt for friends to autograph.
Our Morning (9:30am – 12:00pm) camp focuses on decorating. This year’s theme is “Birds, Butterflies, and Animals”. After you mix and bake your desserts, you’ll make fondant and buttercream icing to decorate cookies, cake pops and cupcakes that look like animals. You’ll learn the secret to making gelatin bows, bubbles and butterflies to decorate an awesome cake.
Our Afternoon (12:30pm – 3:00pm) camp theme is “Sweets Science: How do they do that?” Some of the Sweets Science you’ll learn to make and take home, are marshmallows, Rock Candy, Cotton Candy, and cookie science experiments.
Session F: Full Day 9:30am – 3:00pm Monday-Thursday
All day club. Bring a lunch to eat between sessions.
Session M: Morning 9:30am – 12:00pm Monday – Thursday

Our camp is ideal for kids 8-14. There are a variety of ages in each session.
Please have your child wear closed toe shoes and hair pulled back for safety.
