Summer 2010 Future Pastry Chef Club

Back for our 6th summer celebrating Dublin’s 200th Birthday!

New this summer: All day, morning, or afternoon sessions

Session A: All Day

All day club will make desserts, breads, and pastries. Bring a lunch to eat between sessions.

Session B: Morning

Dessert Club—We’ll make Lolly cakes…the hottest trend in cake desserts; royal icing flowers & fences for a cake celebrating Dublin’s 200th birthday; soft, buttery cinnamon pretzels; and our yummy Neapolitan butter cookies.

Session C: Afternoon

Bread and Pastry Club—Bake an Irish attitude this summer with scones & biscotti; cinnamon & braided yeast rolls; puff pastries & Napoleons; and pies & turnovers.

Ideal for boys and girls ages 8-14.

Classes are held Monday thru Thursday.

A variety of ages may attend each session with the exception of Session 3 which is reserved for middle school and older ages. Middle school age and older only July 26-29*

Payment in full is expected at the time of registration. Registration is non-refundable after June 1, 2010 however can be transferred to another session provided space is available. Class size is limited so register early.
